Shipping policy?

All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible through many of our domestic and international warehouses, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take 1- 3 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 1- 5 business days.

Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including the carriers, are provided with every order. Every order is ensured, if your package does not arrive you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please reach out to modestyandyou@gmail.com for additional assistance in this matter.

Returning an unwanted item?

As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below, which includes rules about fair use. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

If you return an item within 7 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, for that you will need to send us an email to modestyandyou@gmail.com and provide us your order number and the item you are wishing to return. We’ll give you a full refund by the same way of the original payment method.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If you request a refund for an item during the above time frames but you can’t return it to us for some reason, please get in touch with us.

After that?

We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above.

Of course, it’s fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don’t actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags.

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If we’re able to locate the items and you’d like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.

Want to exchange an item?

We are no offering free exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they have been received by our warehouse. Need a different size or color of an item? Simply place a new order!

Returning a faulty or incorrect item?

If you’ve received an item which isn’t quite right please contact us on Email modestyandyou@gmail.com and send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
